CHARDONNAY IDISMA DRIOS
The wine was named Idysma Dryos because it is characterized by the richness and sweetness that oak barrels impart to the taste and aroma of Chardonnay. After pre-fermentation extraction, the wine was vinified in French oak barrels, where it remained for about 5 months in contact with its fine lees, thus gaining in body and aromatic complexity. The color of the wine is golden yellow. On the nose it is characterized by a rich, fatty and balanced taste, with pleasant acidity. aromas of exotic fruits accompanied by vanilla and honey.
KONSTANTARA ESTATE FUME SAUVIGNON BLANC
Country of origin : Greece - Sweetness : Dry - Condition : Quiet - Organic cultivation : Yes - Alcohol: 13.5% - Appellation of origin/Region: P.G.E. Halkidiki - Barrel: 4 months - On the face it is bright lemon with golden highlights. On the nose it has an intense, complex and rich aromatic character, with aromas of citrus fruits, passion fruit, pineapple and apple, but also notes of nuts, vanilla and tobacco, which came from the wine's aging in American barrels.
GEROVASILIOU ESTATE FUME SAUVIGNON BLANC
It comes from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, which is grown in a small part of the Estate's vineyard. After pre-fermentation cryo-extraction, it ferments at around 20°C in French oak barrels, where it remains for a few months with its lees. It has a bright golden yellow color and a bouquet with character of summer and exotic fruits (melon, pear, mango, pineapple) against a background of smoky vanilla and aromatic herbs.
ARMYRA KTIMA SKOURAS
Armyra, white from 95% Chardonnay and 5% Malagousia varieties. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks (70%) and in new French barriques for 6 months (30%). Short fermentation extraction and batonnage. The color is clear yellow-green with greenish highlights. The nose is expressive, with aromas of ripe peach, melon, green apple, tropical fruits such as pineapple as well as hints of lemon. Aromas of butter and bread crust complete the aromatic profile.

Delicious and juicy taste, with surprisingly, considering the variety, lively acidity that gives nerve and fruity aftertaste with duration. A wine that could evolve nicely for at least 2-3 years.
